Drawing on 20 years as a Clinical Dietitian, I specialise in women’s health and the treatment of eating disorders.
I offer a holistic approach to client care. I consider your physical and mental health, lifestyle, eating patterns, food issues and body concerns, from a broad perspective.
I provide a safe, respectful, and validating environment for all, maintaining a non-judgemental approach and a welcoming atmosphere.

      I provide compassionate, tailored support, guidance, and care specifically designed for individuals living with eating disorders—whether you are seeking treatment for yourself or on behalf of a loved one. As a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, my approach to care is firmly evidence-informed, drawing upon extensive professional training, continuous professional development, and regular clinical supervision to ensure the highest standard of treatment. I have completed specialized training in Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, enabling me to offer a comprehensive and effective treatment approach. Treatment is available for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing eating disorders, and I also accept Eating Disorder Care Plans, which provide for up to 20 Medicare rebated consultations within a 12-month period.
