Written referrals are not required for consultations, however, if you have a Eating Disorder Plan or a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP), you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate for a certain number of visits. Please contact your GP so see if you are eligible for these plans.

Private Health Claims
Patients may be eligible to claim rebates through their private health insurance if their policy covers dietetics. It is the responsibility of the patient to submit the claim to their private health insurance, this is not a claim that we are able to submit on your behalf. Please notify Yasmina or the admin team if you wish to receive a copy of your invoice for claiming purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment reminders are sent out automatically through our software 48 hours in advance, allowing you up to 24 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment before our 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
A cancellation fee will apply if there is failure to give 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation. If you complete an online booking you are agreeing and acknowledging the 24 hour cancellation policy.
Did not attend (DNA) policy
If you do not attend a booked appointment or have not cancelled the appointment outside of the 24 hours a fee will apply.

Payment Terms
All invoices are to be paid in full on the date of service. Where payment is not received on the day, the outstanding amount is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
Grace Period / Late Payment Policy
If payment is not made on the day of service, a grace period of 7 calendar days will apply. After this period, the invoice will be considered overdue, and payment will be required without further delay.
Future Appointments
All outstanding balances must be settled prior to or on arrival to your next scheduled consultation.
Late Fees and Additional Charges
Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 30 days from the invoice date may be subject to additional administrative fees.
