My Approach

Drawing on 20 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, I offer a comprehensive and holistic approach to client care.

This means I carefully consider not only your physical health but also your mental well-being, lifestyle factors, eating patterns, food-related challenges, and body image concerns from a broad and inclusive perspective.

I provide a safe, respectful, and validating environment for everyone, ensuring a non-judgemental approach and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I am particularly passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and practise neurodivergent affirmative care with understanding and compassion.

Other areas of interest

I have a strong passion for public health nutrition and the prevention of eating disorders, which drives my dedication to improving community health outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have developed comprehensive public health nutrition policies for state and local governments, ensuring they are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

I have also provided expert input in the creation of food and nutrition curriculum tailored for primary schools, helping to educate young children about healthy eating habits from an early age.

Additionally, I have contributed to a wide range of wellbeing projects and programs within school, community, and local government settings.

As the co-founder of Elevare Nutrition Group, I deliver expert consulting and advice to a range of organisations, including:

  • The South Australian Department for Education

  • Butterfly Foundation

  • The Adelaide Primary Health Network

  • You Turn Mental Health Service

  • St Michaels College

outside of work

As a mother of three lively children, I understand the challenges of balancing parenthood, work, and life’s many commitments.

To find calm and balance, I regularly practise Pilates and guided meditation. I also enjoy reading a good book and spending quality time with family and friends.
